Drop-in Wheel Throwing (uninstructed)

Service Description

Each drop-in studio session will be 90 minutes long, and you will have access to the potter's wheel and all studio tools. Projects will be of your choosing and you will work at your own pace! Instruction will NOT be provided during these sessions. One (1) person is allotted per time slot - please contact us directly to schedule drop in time for groups. Please be advised that prior knowledge of equipment, ceramic tools, and working with clay is absolutely mandatory for this booking. This includes ALL participants, groups included. You are responsible for supplying your own cone 5 clay (must be approved prior to use), or cone 5 B-Mix can be purchased at the studio for $2 per lb. The cost to fire + glaze your ware(s) is $10 per piece. Please note that setup/cleanup must be factored into your 90 minute designated studio time.

Cancelation Policy

No Show/Cancellation Policy This small business runs on appointment based scheduling, and thus, your mindfulness and consideration of our time and resources is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to make your scheduled lesson, and would like to reschedule, please contact us directly at least 48 hours prior to the start of your lesson. If you are unable to make your scheduled lesson, and would like to cancel and receive a full refund, please contact us at least seven (7) days prior to your lesson. "No-shows" who wish to reschedule will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee payable via invoice at the time of rescheduling. No-shows who do not wish to reschedule will be charged the full price of their lesson, less any discounts available at the time of their original booking. Those who cancel their lesson after the allotted cancellation period will also be charged the full price of their lesson, less any discounts available at the time of their original booking.
